Regina Noble (Owner/Cake Artist)

Hi, My name is Regina Noble. I'm a wife and mother of 3 young men. I'm also a Native Texan! I was born and raised in the small town of Mexia, TX (pronounced muh·hei·uh).

While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression, I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2026, Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 10 delightfully delicious years.

Madelyn Brown (Cake Artist)

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, I’ve always had a passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts. After attending pastry school, I turned that passion into a career, specializing in cakes and custom creations that bring people’s celebrations to life. My favorite part about working at Noble Delights is getting to use my creativity every day, whether I’m designing a unique cake or adding the finishing touches to a special order. I love combining artistry and baking to create desserts that are as memorable as the moments they’re made for.

Keenya Grayson (Social Media Manager)

Keenya is the Social Media Manager at Noble Delights Bakery, where she brings the bakery’s creations and celebrations to life through content and storytelling. With a passion for creativity and community, she enjoys showcasing the artistry behind every custom cake, cookie, and sweet treat while helping customers stay connected with the bakery. Outside of Noble Delights, Keenya is a middle school computer science teacher who loves combining technology and creativity in everything she does.
